​Elpis has been an absolute joy since she arrived at Sycamore Hollow. Despite getting on in her years, Elpis still has a very youthful mind and loves to daydream about rolling hills of seeding hay and cerulean skies that stretch as far as the eye can see. Her effervescent personality gives us all a little spark of hope, hence the name we gave her as soon as she set hoof on our property.
